**Dorehami - Maadar joon (bestemor)**

Join us for a cozy Persian early dinner at Studio B!
Dorehami means getting together in Persian, and this gathering is in memory of someone special: my friend's grandmother in Iran.
Every weekend, she used to cook her grandchildren's favourite dishes, filling the table with food and making everyone feel welcome. I had the pleasure of visiting her home twice, and I still remember the warmth and hospitality I experienced there.
With Dorehami — Bestemor, I want to remember and honor her by bringing a little of that feeling to our table in Tromsø. Everything will be served family-style, just like at home.🤍

On the menu
🍚 Maani Polo : Persian rice with chicken, raisins, split peas and aromatic spices.
🌿 Baghali Ghatogh : a northern Iranian dish with beans, dill, garlic and eggs, served with rice.
🥗 Sides : Fresh salad, yogurt and Persian pickles.
🍎 Dessert : ☕ Persian chai and warm buttery apples with vanilla ice cream.
